The purpose of the BBM PREP Admissions Office is to educate prospective families, feeder schools, and educational consultants about the remarkable attributes and strengths of a BBM PREP education.  In promoting the unique benefits and special experiences of this institution, the ideal is to find the right match for the student and the School.

The Admissions Office achieves this purpose by meeting your needs as well.  We will be professional, welcoming, responsive, timely, thoughtful, current and supportive with you during the admissions process and, ultimately, a student’s enrollment.

We care about enrolling students who will truly benefit from and grow in our well-balanced college-preparatory curriculum.  Moreover, we look for boys who have a foundation or potential for success academically, athletically, artistically, socially and as leaders.

BBM PREP has an easy 4 step admission process. Even with a deep and talented applicant pool, BBM PREP is committed and true to our mission.  Enrollment is enhanced by our firm commitment to character, citizenship, diversity, academic potential and school-wide participation.  Each fall we will provide 60 new students a quality, structured, higher education.  It is their strength and vitality that reaffirm and validate our work.

Financial Aid Application Process

 

STEP 1

After you request an application to be sent to you

 

STEP 2 
Your application packet must include the following:

   a) Student Application
   b) A copy of your high school transcripts

   c) Documentation showing any SAT/ACT tests results
   d) Highlight tape or link
   e) 2 Letters of Recommendations
   
    ***Once your application packet is received admissions will assess your academic situation and the athletic department will assess your athletic situation. Someone will contact you to discuss your options and schedule a visit***

STEP 3

Once you have been accepted by admissions, you will receive an Acceptance Packet with a BBM Prep Acceptance Letter, a Letter of Intent (LOI), and additional documents. To secure your roster spot the $500.00 enrollment deposit and completed documents must be mailed back to BBM Prep.

STEP 4
After we receive your completed LOI, Financial/Refund Contract, and enrollment deposit your roster spot will be guaranteed. The program director will contact you to complete your enrollment for the appropriate term. The FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE PARTY will be required to complete and return all paperwork immediately to prevent loss of roster spot.

- To increase core GPA  
- Improvement of ACT scores.
- Improve study habits and note taking skills

- Assist students in finding a college that is a good fit academically and athletically
- Help students get in to and stay in college

 

We have established several programs to aid us in achieving our objectives, to include:

 

• SAT/ACT Program - A self-paced online SAT course features 50 hours of instructional lessons by expert SAT teachers, proven strategies, and interactive course work including hundreds of practice questions. With this flexible and convenient option, you can prep on your own schedule with 24/7 access anywhere with an online computer. You'll get all of the content review, test-taking strategies, and practice you need to score higher on the SAT.

 

•  Brain Training Program - This system utilizing technology that enables athletes to work smarter. The technologies we utilize develop a brain that is better more capable of visualizing, processing and directing the functions that control coordination, focus, balance, concentration, motor control, language processing and cognition. Athletes will make dramatic gains in very short periods of time.

 

•  Tutoring Program - Our tutors are motivating, they bring passion and expertise into their intimate classroom settings.  Collaboration, innovation, problem solving, creativity, and civic responsibility are just some of the principles that will guide BBM Prep's educational model. Most importantly, these men and women partner with our students each day and always with the highest expectations.
