Ask Lu is a property assistance initiative through which we help veterans and seniors save their homes. The team of property consultants at WE ARE NOW Inc will assist them in areas from deeds to exemptions. 

Every year, over 4000 seniors and veterans lose their exemptions due to either submitting incomplete applications or never having received an application. Many times, they simply did not remember to send the forms back and end up losing out on their benefits.

Many veterans aren’t even aware of the credits or exemptions for which they are eligible. We intend to address this problem by helping seniors and veterans in need of assistance with completing these renewal applications. We even identify any discounts that are available to them.
